Shakedown can work for high repitition weight training, or maybe some cardio but that is the minimum tempo for working out. I usually go with something heavier, faster and angrier when lifting weights. I can't stand the repititious techno they play at the gym. The dead, in my opinion, would be more suitable for the recovery or wind down in the jacuzzi or to enhance the herbal supplement therapy on the ride home from the gym and back to baseline.
